Tierlink, A Scam in the name of Job

As we all are aware, unemployment is increasing day by day and people are worried because everyone has to support their family. But there are some people who take advantage of these situations and rob the people who are already jobless, Tierlink is one of them.

This is not a single man but a proper company based in Saddar, Rawalpindi, which robs people by giving them fake jobs. This is an awareness message for all job seekers especially those who belong to Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

Basically, Tierlink is a type of MLM (multi-level marketing) company that exploits people by offering jobs. They usually use Indeed and social media platforms including LinkedIn to advertise their so-called jobs for the post of Office Assistant, Team Leader, Team Manager, Presenter, etc. People fall into the trap of attractive salaries and flexible hours and waste their valuable time and money.

Tierlink 1

When someone applies for a job, they ask for a CV and later call you for an interview. In the interview, they don’t conduct the interview as professionally as it is done. The interviewer just asks you a few questions about what you are doing now etc., and tells you about the company that Tierlink is in the cosmetics and perfume business.

When an applicant asks about the role and the tasks he will perform, they simply say that their role and responsibilities will be within the office and don’t elaborate. After that, the interviewer says you have been selected but you have to pay Rs 2000 as it is our company policy, if you want to pay then I will proceed with the process.

Majority of Pakistani prefer jobs to a business

Most of the applicants are ready to pay Rs 2000 because getting a job for only Rs 2000 is not a big deal but they all repeat the question to the interviewer what will be the job that I will do? He says that there is a complete two-day training session that will clear all the questions in your mind and you will understand what you will do with us. When you pay Rs 2000 they gives you a date for training.

On the first day of the training session, they encourage you to do something big and you feel that something different is going to happen that normally doesn’t happen on a job. Not only that, A lecturer comes and tells his stories and shows some motivational videos to motivate you. He also informs the applicant that Tierlink has three packages/offers that an applicant can choose from and increase their earnings.

The first package of tierlink is “Applicant has to pay 2000 to join tierlink. This is the basic and mandatory package everyone must pay if he is willing to work with them. Through this, the applicant will earn around 30000 per month and will be issued a Tierlink white card.

The second package demands that the applicant pay another 15000 to become an associate who will earn around 1 lakh. In the third package, you have to pay 50000 which will help you earn 1-3 lakhs per month.

They emphasize to you that you are a talented and wonderful person and you should become an associate by paying 15000. Their goal is to get as much money out of you as possible. At the end of the training, they tell you that tomorrow we will discuss the work you will have to do.

On the second day of training, the applicant is given a thorough lecture based on what you will gain by working with us. In this lecture, they tell you in detail how much money you will earn per month plus how much commission you will get, etc.

Not only that, you are told that as your earning level increases, the company will give you a motorbike, laptop, car, house, international tour, etc, as a reward. The purpose of this training session is to make you greedy so that you can work 5-6 hours a day and earn good money by cheating people like you were cheated.

Also, they do not mention anything in the training session about the work you will be doing in the office. Because there is no work that TierLink has for you to do. The only business tierlink has to trap people by offering fake jobs and loot them.

Conclusion

Tierlink is a totaly fraud speak out against these companies that steal valuable time and money from young people. Imagine how stupid it is that you are robbing people who are already jobless and looking for opportunities to do something.

Beware all of you and share this message with your friends so that they can save themselves from such companies.

  14. Saqlain ali told us everything is really true. I was also a victim of them. When I asked him what is the business model of the company, he started telling me the benefits. The owner of this company is Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Qazi Shafiq who is a member of PAT (Pakistan Awami Tehreek).

    Reply
    • Yes Hamad it is true, basically, the working model of Tierlink is similar to MLM scheme that people used to earn money in the world but it is illegal in Pakistan. The cheap thing about Tierlink is that they don’t tell you about its working model, they just tell you that you will be working in an office, etc. I explained how they trap youngsters in this article so read it completely

      Reply
      • Exactly! Saqlain brother. When I asked him questions, he introduced me to Mujeeb ur Rahman. He said you have white card and you will get blue card by paying 15000 because you are talented. Only five person get blue card so i hope you are one of them. Recently him team members trap me and said transfer money from easypaisa. I have no money… I said. Then he said if you get blue card, you’ll be in list top 5 and work under the team of Mujeeb ur Rahman. I left from there. I saw your blog and share it with those worker who also trapped and work for them. So Thank you brother I appreciate you. You are really Good personality.

  15. You’re right about tierlink but there’s another fraud company in Rawalpindi shamsabad near Arid University. In that company, whole gang trap many people by offering them better salary. Company works for Tiens(Medicine marketing company) and they trap people in the name of wellness. They provide 3 days of training, just for brain washing of people. First 2 days , they encourage people to step up. At 3rd Day, they ask people to give Rs.70,000 FOR SHOPPING of medicines.
Kindly, be aware of those fake people.
Address : Shamsabad, near arid university, second floor of jubilee insurance company.

  30. I got there 2000 given and that guy his name was sabtain he was constantly trying to get 2000 out of me and eventually I gave him, 2000 not a big deal , the moment I took the first day at training lol I started to notice this is a scam. Then I made sure to experience this shiii on how they operate and turns out I told them I want to apply for 15000 blue card and boy oh boy 😭 they were licking my butt from 12-6 k sir pesy send kar dyn thek take you to their FRAUD CEO or owners and he’ll sign your application instantly and he’ll ask you to pay 15000. One selection officer was Imran , when he gets to know you are a free lancer or you also have a steady income, my goal was to gain office experience I had my backup but he was constantly insisting on making me work online. I scammed him by sending him SS from a gig and immediately he said k ap online kar lo , because he saw the amount I was about to get from that bid and eventually thought of taking advantage by making me pay 15000 or more.
Experiences like these do happen but these are necessary for you to grow and be careful 2000 was not a big deal, I’m glad I got to know how they operate and will make sure that no one falls in their trap , plus I enjoyed them almost licking my 🏈 down to their throat, I’ll try to contact authorities if possible, you guys should do that as well.

  31. There is a lady there as well who’ll yap about a car and stuff don’t fall for it. To those who are seeking a job to get their ends meet. They have a scammer boss named mujeeb ur Rehman and he has been doing this for the past 4-5 years, a fat A** women in burka on counter ( yes I said that because they deserve it ) . A guy named sabtain, Imran abbasi , a suited guy and a old man on laptop, plus that women I’ve mentioned above, they have a office opposite Dry fruit shop some random ass dude will welcome you, meet him somewhere alone and ask him that you really want to invest and trust me he’ll lick your balls all day long and they talk about giving people millions and they’ll act so thirsty for your 2000 or 15000. Lesson is never judge a guy because of his looks. If you have money, go there on purpose and experience that circus, but I won’t recommend that , I did that because I wanted to see how they work. And I got their info, I know it may seem frustrating losing your money even if it was 2000 Kisi k ma baap Haram nahi kamaty, Allah zaleel Kary in ko aur in k pury khandan ko aur in ki auladon ko bhi joh asa Kam karty hain especially those I’ve mentioned, they deserve the worst. That’s all I Hope this Will give a pretty good idea.

Reading all the comments, I can confirm that ALL this happens 🤣🤣 I attended the “training” yesterday and my God i had to bite my hand to control my laughter cuz they were showing us yt videos of Sandeep Maheshwal to motivate us 🤣🤣🤣 proper “the word impossible itself says I’m possible” type of bullshit talks basically. Mfs asking for partnership money after taking 2k and not on the day of the interview is a major red flag. Don’t even bother responding when they reach out and save urself the hassle.
